Balloon size is 12 inches each

1. Hold on to the balloon at its base while shaking the balloon to distribute the confettis.
2. Remove the rubber band closer and inflate the balloons to your desire size (12" max) and tie a knot.
3. Rub the foam balls with your hands against the balloon to create static to distribute the foam balls.Note that the foam balls will move towards the natural gravity direction.
