Tassels are DIY kit, it requires some assembly.
*Each DIY kit includes 12 pre-cut sheets(tissue paper), string and instructions on how to assemble your garland.
*All you need to do is to twist each sheet and secure them with tape. Tape is not included.
*Each finished tassel measures approx. 3.5" wide x 13" long.
*Finished garland with 12 tassels hang on the string will create approx. 1 meter length beautiful garland. You can arrange the tassels close together or far apart, however you like.
*Time needed to assemble the garland is approximately 30 minutes.
*Purchase double or more to make a longer and full garland.
